How to book with us ?

You can book on our website or directly at the Montempô of your choice.


What benefits are included in my rate ?

How about the services + and times of each Montempô?

To review the specifics of our residences simply click on the top in our apartment hotels and choose the Montempô of your choice. All the proposed services and the practical arrangements will be detailed there.


I am an employee and wish to accompany a reduction in my mobility, how can I get it?

You book directly nearby your reception and we propose you a special discount for employee.


I don't have a credit card. Can I still book a room ?

No, unfortunately, a credit card is required to make a reservation. In order to confirm your reservation, a credit card is required. You can make your reservation via our website Montempo, or book directly by contacting the residence concerned.


What are the check-in and check-out times ?

Check-in and check-out times vary from one residence to another. However, our residences remain open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for our residences in Evry Centre and Roissy CDG Goussainville. To find out the time limit for checking out and the time at which you can check in, please contact the residence directly.


Do you have parking spots ?

Since the services of all our residences are different, we advise you to visit the pages of our website for each residence to discover the services available at the bottom of the page. As a matter of fact, in order to book a parking space, you will have to contact the residence to make sure of the availability.


Are pets allowed in the hotel ?

Unfortunately for hygiene and safety concerns, pets are not allowed in our residences.


We have a baby, is there a possibility of adding a baby bed in the studio ?

Yes, for children between 0 and 2 years old, a baby’s cot can be provided, an extra charge will be requested. To ensure availability, you will need to contact the residence.


Does the hotel accept holiday vouchers ?

Unfortunately, we do not accept vacation vouchers in our establishments. Our residences accept payments in cash or credit card or by wire transfer. You can contact the reception of our establishments to find out more.


Does the hotel require payment in advance ?

No payment is required at the time of the reservation. Payment will be due upon arrival at our residence.


Can I pay for my stay at the hotel with a different credit card than the one used for the reservation ?

Yes, you can pay for your stay with a credit card other than the one you used for booking your stay. However, you will be asked to provide an identity card or a passport to verify that you are the cardholder of the new credit card.


I will be arriving at the hotel late at night. Can I still check in ?

Yes, our residences remain open 24/7 except for our residences in Evry Centre and Roissy CDG Goussainville. If you plan to arrive after midnight, we advise you to contact the residence to notify them of your late arrival.


What is your cancellation policy ?

You will have up to 24 hours before your arrival date to cancel without charge. If you cancel within 24 hours, the cancellation fee will be the first night's cost of your stay.
