Fully-equipped studios for 1 or 2 people

  • A kitchenette with complete kitchen utensils and table with two chairs, fridge, hob, microwave, and crockery
  • An office area with all the necessary equipment and free Wi-Fi access
  • A bathroom with towels and toiletries (shower gel, shampoo)
  • A flat-screen TV with multiple programmes
  • A hotel reception to welcome you and provide information throughout your stay
  • A cleaning is carried out every week.
  • Extra pillows, a hairdryer, an international power adapter and a cleaning kit are also available from reception, so don’t hesitate to ask!
  • A covered parking area (1.90 m height) is available upon reservation at the reception for €9 per night (subject to availability).

The residence is not equipped with air conditioning. For your comfort, a fan is provided in every studio.

• Selective waste sorting throughout the residence, including bio-waste recovery.
• Reduction of packaging through bulk purchasing and the elimination of individually wrapped welcome products; no disposable tableware provided.

🌿 Responsible Products

• Breakfast offering organic, locally sourced and/or fair-trade products.
• Eco-labelled, bleach-free cleaning products and cigarette butt collection through TchaoMegot for recycling into eco-designed insulation materials.

• Sponsorship of a local beehive with Un Toit Pour Les Abeilles and installation of nesting boxes in partnership with the Ligue pour la Protection des Oiseaux.

By public transport

To get to our hotel from Bordeaux-Saint-Jean station by bus, take line 10 towards Buttinière.

This bus will take you to the Jardin Botanique stop in around 12 minutes, just a 5-minute walk from our hotel.

By CAR

The hotel is also easily accessible from the A630 motorway (Bordeaux ring road), by taking exit 23. You can then reach the Bastide district in just a few minutes, with parking available in our residence (subject to availability).

Whether you’re arriving by train or by car, our location guarantees you an easy arrival.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, and the cleanliness is excellent (except for the parking garage).

Cons: I was very disappointed with the temperature in the room. It was unbearably hot, and after a 15-hour journey, I really needed a good night’s sleep and some rest. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get that because the room felt like a sauna. There was a fan, but it didn’t help much.

Très belle accueil par Amine ! Qui doit sûrement crevé de chaud avec cette chaleur mais à quand même réussi à délivrer un service de qualité.

Me ha encantado el servicio y la ubicación, no he visto que no tenían aire acondicionado antes de reservar y no me dio tiempo de cancelarla después de ello, por lo que estar en Francia con una ola de calor en verano sin aire acondicionado ha sido una experiencia horrible. Quizás para otras temporadas este hotel sea la mejor elección que podría tener (que pienso volver) pero es obvio que un ventilador con 40 grados de calor no es suficiente para poder descansar bien en la noche.
Muchas gracias por la atención que de esto no voy a quejarme.

Votre personnel n’est pas sympathique.
On a même l’impression de déranger :
explication rapide du fonctionnement de l’hôtel. Un signe d’accacement quand j’ai demandé le fonctionnement de l’ascenseur.
Au petit déjeuner, avant de m’installer, je suis allé à l’accueil voulant donner mon numero de chambre ..Pas de bonjour et elle m’a indiqué sechement du doigt l’endroit du petit déjeuner.
J’avais vraiment l’impression de la déranger.
Bref, je ne demande pas ses éloges mais un.minimum de respect.

On avais pris 2 chambres la 415 et 418 (chambre de base bloqué) très bien juste plaque qui ne marchais pas et YouTube netflix sur la télécommande marchais pas. Sinon séjour incroyable et personnel adorable
