Fully-equipped studios for 1 or 2 people

• Selective waste sorting throughout the residence, including bio-waste recovery.
• Reduction of packaging through bulk purchasing and the elimination of individually wrapped welcome products; no disposable tableware provided.

• Eco-labelled, bleach-free cleaning products and cigarette butt collection through TchaoMegot for recycling into eco-designed insulation materials.

By public transport

To get to our hotel from Bordeaux-Saint-Jean station by bus, take line 10 towards Buttinière.

This bus will take you to the Jardin Botanique stop in around 12 minutes, just a 5-minute walk from our hotel.

By CAR

The hotel is also easily accessible from the A630 motorway (Bordeaux ring road), by taking exit 23. You can then reach the Bastide district in just a few minutes, with parking available in our residence (subject to availability).

Whether you’re arriving by train or by car, our location guarantees you an easy arrival.

Accueil et propreté impeccables.
Accès direct de la gare avec bus 31.
Quartier tout neuf très agréable.
Literie très confortable.
Dans la chambre manque tablettes ou tables de chevet pour poser livre, portable, etc…
Dans la kitchenette, manque produit vaisselle.
Dans la salle de bain, manque porte-manteau ou chaise pour poser les affaires.

Très bien pour quelques nuit à deux. Emplacement pas trop loin des quais et du centre. Avec commodités.
Plus pratique qu’un hôtel standard car coin kitchenette qui permet de gérer ses repas et pause café en autonomie.

Tres bon rapport qualité prix pour cet appart hôtel situé au pied de l’arrêt de bus desservant le centre. Et en plus un des rares à proposer 2 lits jumeaux.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean :). I only have one concern — I wrote an email saying that I would arrive after midnight and received information that the reception is open 24 hours a day. However, at that time, access to the hotel was only possible with a key card (which I did not yet have). I was only able to get inside thanks to help from another person, and the receptionist needed some time to come and realize that I had not yet been assigned a room.
The contact number provided was for the reception, where no one was present. I must admit this was uncomfortable, as I was alone at night in a foreign country. I would have expected that after informing you about my late arrival, I would receive instructions on how to enter the hotel in case no one was at the reception.

Bon établissement, le parking n’est vraiment pas manœuvrable, chambres commencent à être détériorées, attention à les entretenir (brulure cigarette, coup dans les portes … )
