How do I make a reservation at Montempô?

You can book on our website, directly at the Montempô reception desk or by phoning the residence of your choice.

What services are included in my price?

How can I find out about the services and opening times of each Montempô?

To see the specific features of our residences, simply click on the Our apartment hotels page and choose the Montempô of your choice.
All the services on offer and opening times are detailed there.

I don’t have a credit card. Can I still book a room?

No, unfortunately a credit card is required to make a reservation. A credit card is required to validate your reservation.

You can make your reservation via our Montempo website, or book directly by contacting the residence concerned.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Arrival and departure times vary from one residence to another.
However, our etablilishments remain open 24/7, except for our Roissy CDG Goussainville residence.

To find out the latest check-out time and the latest check-in time, go to the Our apartment hotels page and choose the Montempô of your choice.

Do you have a car park?

To check whether one of the Montempô apartment hotels offers parking, you can visit the Our apartment hotels page and select the one you are interested in.

If you wish to reserve a parking space, please contact the residence directly to check availability.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in our residences.

We have a baby. Is it possible to add a cot to the studio?

A baby kit with a cot and high chair can be provided in some of our residences. To check which residences are available, go to the Our apartment hotels page and select the residence of your choice.

Does the hotel accept holiday vouchers?

Unfortunately, we do not accept holiday vouchers at our establishments. Our residences accept payment by cash, credit card or bank transfer.

Please contact the reception of our residences for more information.

Does the hotel require payment in advance?

No payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will be made on arrival at our residence. However, depending on the tariff chosen, pre-payment may be required.

Can I pay for my stay at the hotel with a different credit card to the one used for the reservation?

Yes, you can pay for your holiday with a bank card other than the one you used to book your holiday. However, you will be asked to show proof of identity to verify that you are the holder of this new bank card.

I’ll be arriving at the hotel late at night. Can I still check in?

Yes, our residences are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for our Roissy CDG Goussainville residence.
If you plan to arrive after midnight, we advise you to contact the residence to inform them of your late arrival.

What are the cancellation conditions?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date at the residence. If you cancel within this 24-hour period, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.

Can a minor stay alone in one of your residences?

Minors are not permitted to stay in the residence unless accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian.
