Fully equipped studios for 1 or 2 guests in Bordeaux Lac

Our furnished studios offer all the facilities you need for a comfortable and independent stay in Bordeaux:

  • A fully equipped kitchenette with a table and chairs, refrigerator, cooking hobs, microwave, crockery and kitchen utensils
  • A work area with free Wi-Fi
  • A private bathroom with towels, shower gel and shampoo
  • A TV with a wide selection of channels
  • 24/7 reception, with our team available to welcome you and assist you throughout your stay
  • For long stays, bed linen and towels are changed and the studio is fully cleaned every two weeks
  • A terrace and relaxation area where you can unwind during your stay
  • A bicycle storage area available to guests
  • Luggage storage where you can leave your bags before check-in or after check-out

Need any additional facilities? Hairdryers, electrical adapters, baby equipment, extra pillows and cleaning kits are also available on request from reception.

Please note that the residence does not have air conditioning. For your comfort during warmer weather, a fan is provided in every studio.

  • Can I have breakfast at the residence?
    Yes. An all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is served every morning from 6:30 am to 10:00 am, for €10.50.
  • Does the residence have laundry facilities?
    Yes. A self-service laundry room is available within the residence. It includes a washing machine (€5), a tumble dryer (€2.50), as well as an iron and ironing board.
  • Is parking available at Montempô Bordeaux Lac?
    Yes. The residence has a car park available for €2, making your stay in Bordeaux Lac even more convenient.
  • Can I request additional cleaning during my stay?
    Yes. You can book an additional cleaning service for your studio directly at reception. Please make your request at least 48 hours in advance.

By public transport:

  • Tram Line C and Bus 32 – 400 m away: “Palais des Congrès” stop
  • Bus 75 – 350 m away: “Rond-Point Marie Fel” stop

By car:

From the A630 ring road, take Exit 4 “Bordeaux-Lac / Parc des Expositions”, then follow signs for “Palais des Congrès”.

Très bon accueil de l’établissement qui a l’air tout neuf et est très bien décoré. Le logement était propre et confortable. Petit bémol : le chauffage collectif qui n’était pas encore activé.

Hôtel neuf ou très récent. Studios bien pensés et équipés pour une petite famille ou des séjours de plusieurs jours. Restaurants alentours éloignés. Parking voitures peut-être un peu juste. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir à l’occasion.

Tout est propre et neuf donc très agréable. Pour le prix la prestation globale et très bien. Seul gros problème, les oreillers sont épais et durs. Il faut une alternative plus classique.

Séjour parfait bel établissement j aurai aimé des oreillers moins ferme
Avoir la climatisation aussi car la fenêtre ouverte donne sur la rocade et la nuit on entend bien les rocades trips des motos 🙃
