Located right next to Madeleine Caulier metro station, our aparthotel offers direct access to Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations, as well as Lille city centre.

Fully-equipped studios and apartments for up to 4 people

Each unit features a fully equipped kitchenette, including complete cookware, all necessary tableware, a table with two chairs, as well as a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop.
You will also enjoy a private bathroom, provided with towels and welcome amenities such as shower gel and shampoo.
Our reception is open 24/7 to welcome you and assist you throughout your stay.
Linen is changed and a full cleaning service is carried out weekly. Beds are prepared prior to your arrival to ensure optimal comfort.
A luggage storage area is available if needed.
A bike storage room is at your disposal for bicycles or strollers.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence.
A flat-screen TV is provided, offering a wide range of channels.
Some studios and apartments are specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility (PRM).

Finally, a range of equipment is available to borrow from reception, including a hairdryer, extra pillows, an international power adapter, an iron and ironing board, a baby cot and high chair, as well as a cleaning kit. Please feel free to ask!

A la carte hotel service

An all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is available for €10.50 for adults and €6 for children under 10, served from 6:30 am to 10:00 am.
Our laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Parking is available for €10.
Optional extra housekeeping service can be booked by requesting it at reception at least 48 hours in advance.

- Lille Europe station: less than a 15-minute walk, or accessible via Bus 50 or Metro line 1

I wanted to take a moment to thank the hotel team for the incredible help and support you gave us today.

When our friend’s mum suddenly became unwell and lost consciousness, it was an extremely frightening and stressful situation for all of us. Your team responded with such care, professionalism and kindness, and we genuinely cannot thank you enough.

Having people around us who were calm, helpful and supportive made a very difficult situation that little bit easier. We really appreciated everything you did to help her and to support us while it was happening.

Please pass on our sincere thanks to everyone who assisted today. Your kindness certainly didn’t go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful.

Personnel disponible, sympathique.
J’ai apprécié les équipements (cuisine, réfrigérateur) et le parking souterrain. Proche en metro du centre-ville. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande.

La chambre, la kitchenette, la salle de bain sont fonctionnelles et propres.
La climatisation est un véritable atout. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon.
Le personnel à l’accueil très agréable. Équipe très réactive lors du problème avec la carte magnétique.
