Fully-equipped studios and apartments for up to 4 people

  • Each unit features a fully equipped kitchenette, including complete cookware, all necessary tableware, a table with two chairs, as well as a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop.
  • You will also enjoy a private bathroom, provided with towels and welcome amenities such as shower gel and shampoo.
  • Our reception is open 24/7 to welcome you and assist you throughout your stay.
  • Linen is changed and a full cleaning service is carried out weekly. Beds are prepared prior to your arrival to ensure optimal comfort.
  • A luggage storage area is available if needed.
  • A bike storage room is at your disposal for bicycles or strollers.
  • Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence.
  • A flat-screen TV is provided, offering a wide range of channels.
  • Some studios and apartments are specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility (PRM).

Finally, a range of equipment is available to borrow from reception, including a hairdryer, extra pillows, an international power adapter, an iron and ironing board, a baby cot and high chair, as well as a cleaning kit. Please feel free to ask!

A la carte hotel service

  • An all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is available for €10.50 for adults and €6 for children under 10, served from 6:30 am to 10:00 am.
  • Our laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.
  • Parking is available for €10.
  • Optional extra housekeeping service can be booked by requesting it at reception at least 48 hours in advance.

  • By train:
    • Lille Europe station: less than a 15-minute walk, or accessible via Bus 50 or Metro line 1

J ai choisi pour l emplacement sauf que l intitulé est trompeur ! La gare est à 20 minutes à pied donc ce n est pas quartier gare !
Par ailleurs le secteur est très commerçant si on cherche des substances illicites….

Arrivé dans une grande chambre où le ménage n’avait pas été fait, après 30 min d’attente nous avons été relogés dans une chambre minuscule au RDC avec beaucoup de passage. Également dérangés en pleine nuit par quelqu’un étant rentré dans notre chambre…

Le dépôt de garantie est trop compliqué lorsque l’on paie avec une carte bancaire virtuelle (voir impossible). Le frigo mériterait d’être moins bruyant.
