• A kitchenette with everything you need: full set of kitchen utensils, crockery, table and two chairs, fridge, microwave and hob.
• A private bathroom equipped with towels and toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo
• Flat-screen TV with a wide range of programmes
• 24/7 hotel reception to welcome you and provide information throughout your stay
• Linen is changed and a complete clean is carried out every week. The beds are prepared for your arrival.
• A luggage room to store your suitcases if necessary
• Wifi connection throughout the residence
• Some studios or apartments are designed for people with reduced mobility (PRM)
• A hairdryer, extra pillows, an international power adapter and a cleaning kit are available at reception. Fell free to ask!

• All-you-can-eat buffet breakfast at €12 for adults and €6 for children under 12, served from 6.30am to 10am.
• Laundry facilities: tumble dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

• As an option, you can book extra room cleaning by asking reception 48 hours in advance.

• Motion sensors and timer systems implemented in corridors to prevent unnecessary energy use.

♻️ Waste Reduction & Sorting

• Selective waste sorting stations available on every floor, including bio-waste recovery through a dedicated composting system.
• Majority bulk purchasing, 70% of welcome products without individual packaging, and no disposable tableware provided (except recyclable takeaway cups upon request).

🌿 Responsible Products

• Breakfast featuring organic, fair-trade, and/or locally sourced products.
• Cleaning carried out exclusively with eco-labelled products, and a fully non-smoking property.
