From standard studio to T2 of 50 m²:

• A kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a complete set of kitchen utensils, a hob, a table with two chairs, a microwave and crockery.
• An office area with free Wi-Fi access
• A private bathroom equipped with toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) and towels
• TV with a wide range of programmes
• Our reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to welcome and assist you during your stay.
• Every fortnight, you’ll benefit from a change of linen and a full housekeeping service. The beds are prepared for your arrival.
• A cleaning kit, baby accessories, a hairdryer, an international power adapter and extra pillows are available at reception to meet your needs. Feel free to ask!

• Served from 6.30am to 10am, enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast for €10,50.
• Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron
• Parking available for €10 in our car park
• As an option, book extra room cleaning by asking at reception 48 hours in advance.

Animals are not allowed within the residence.

• Information dedicated to local biodiversity available in the entrance lobby (on the right), accessible via QR codes, along with promotion of sustainable mobility solutions in Lyon (TCL public transport network and bike-sharing services).

• Water flow regulation systems combined with fully LED lighting throughout the property.
• Monthly monitoring of water and electricity consumption.

♻️ Waste Reduction & Sorting

• Selective waste sorting available in common areas and in every studio, including bio-waste recovery.
• Majority bulk purchasing, elimination of individual packaging, and no single-use tableware provided (except recyclable takeaway cups upon request).

🌿 Responsible Products

• Breakfast featuring organic, fair-trade and/or locally sourced products.
• Eco-labelled, chlorine-free cleaning products, a fully non-smoking property, and cigarette butt recycling through TchaoMegot into eco-designed insulation materials.

🐝 Going Further

• Installation of insect hotels on the 8th-floor terrace to support urban biodiversity.
• Participation in Run for Planet in support of the Ligue pour la Protection des Oiseaux, along with regular donations of furniture, tableware, and equipment to local associations.
