• A kitchenette with complete kitchen utensils and table with two chairs, fridge, hob, microwave and crockery
• An office area with all the necessary equipment and free Wi-Fi access
• A separate bathroom with towels and toiletries (shower gel, shampoo)
• A flat-screen TV with multiple programmes
• 24/7 hotel reception to welcome you and provide information throughout your stay
• Change of linen and complete cleaning every fortnight. Beds are made on arrival.
• Outdoor bicycle parking available.
• A luggage room to store your suitcases if necessary
• Baby accessories, extra pillows, a hairdryer, an international power adapter and a cleaning kit (bucket, broom and cleaning products) are available from reception on request.

The residence is not equipped with air conditioning. For your comfort, a fan is provided in every studio.

• Optional extra room cleaning for the duration of your stay, to be booked at reception 48 hours in advance.

Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises.
