La jeune fille qui nous a accueillis est Algérienne et vraiment très jolie et très gentille. Il faut que Montempo continue à recruter de telles personnes.

emplacement très peu sécurisant, portail du parking dysfonctionnant, douche froide au bout de 30 secondes, aucune restauration à proximité. A éviter !

Une expérience exceptionnelle qui mérite amplement 5 étoiles ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
J’ai séjourné à l’appart-hôtel Montempô Noisy-le-Sec pendant plusieurs mois, et en toute honnêteté, je pense que cet établissement ne reçoit pas la reconnaissance complète qu’il mérite. C’est un endroit absolument magnifique, mon expérience y a été (et est toujours) très heureuse et confortable, et je compte bien y rester encore plus longtemps.
🌟 Les points forts de mon séjour :
Un personnel exceptionnel, humain avant tout : L’équipe est le plus grand atout de cet hôtel. Je tiens à mentionner particulièrement deux personnes qui, pour moi, constituent le véritable pilier de la gestion de cet établissement : M. Majid et Mme Sonia. Ce sont eux qui sont en contact direct avec les clients, et leur professionnalisme est tout simplement remarquable. Ils font preuve d’une patience exemplaire, d’une courtoisie et d’un sourire sincère en toutes circonstances. On sent chez eux un accueil humain, pas seulement un travail : ils sont toujours en première ligne pour résoudre le moindre souci ou la moindre erreur, avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Chaque matin, leur accueil chaleureux donne le ton d’une journée agréable. Grâce à eux, les clients se sentent réellement considérés, écoutés et respectés — une qualité de service humaine que je n’ai jamais vue ailleurs.
Propreté et confort absolus : L’endroit est extrêmement propre et très confortable, offrant tout le calme et la tranquillité dont on a besoin après une longue journée.
Des tarifs excellents : L’hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix, avec des tarifs très avantageux compte tenu de la qualité des services proposés.
En conclusion : Je suis vraiment très heureux d’avoir choisi cet hôtel, et particulièrement reconnaissant envers M. Majid et Mme Sonia pour leur accueil et leur dévouement exceptionnels. Je confirme à tout le monde que c’est un endroit fantastique qui vaut vraiment le coup d’être vécu. Vous ne regretterez absolument pas votre expérience ici !

Je suis déçu cette année car il y avait des nuisibles dans ma chambre. Malgré les efforts du personnel pour trouver une solution cela a duré tout au long de mon séjour.
