Fully-equipped studios for 1 or 2 people

  • A kitchenette with a table and two chairs, complete kitchen utensils, fridge, hob, microwave and crockery.
  • An office area with free WiFi
  • A shower room with towels and toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo
  • A television with a wide range of programmes
  • 24/7 hotel reception to welcome you and provide information throughout your stay
  • A change of linen and a complete cleaning are carried out every fortnight
  • Bicycle storage available to guests of the residence
  • You have access to a luggage room where you can leave your suitcases if necessary.
  • At reception, you will also find a hairdryer, an international power adapter, baby accessories, extra pillows,  and a cleaning kit. Feel free to ask!

A la carte hotel services

  • All-you-can-eat or takeaway buffet breakfast (€9) served from 6.30am to 10am.
  • Laundry facilities include an iron and ironing board, tumble dryer(€2) and washing machine(€4).
  • Parking is available for €7, with access by car from the A86 and/or the N118.
  • Optional extra room cleaning can be booked at reception 48 hours in advance.

• Installation of water-saving devices and full LED lighting throughout the property.
• Monthly monitoring of water and electricity consumption to continuously optimize resource management.

♻️ Waste Reduction & Sorting

• Selective waste sorting across the entire residence, bio-waste recovery in partnership with Les Alchimistes, and collection points for batteries and light bulbs available at reception.
• Reduced packaging through bulk purchasing, elimination of individual wrapping, and no disposable tableware provided (except recyclable takeaway cups upon request).

🌿 Responsible Products

• Breakfast offering organic, fair-trade and/or locally sourced products.
• Eco-labelled, bleach-free cleaning products, a fully non-smoking property, and cigarette butt recycling through TchaoMegot into eco-designed insulation materials.

🐝 Going Further

• Installation of insect hotels in the green area at the entrance and on the terrace to support local biodiversity.
• Participation in Festi’Run in support of APF France Handicap, along with an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement through a guest suggestion box.

Je ne comprends pas les mauvais avis notamment sur la propreté que j’ai pu lire. J’ai trouvé l’accueil et la propreté excellents. La chambre studio est silencieuse et a tout ce qu’il faut , le lit est confortable. C’est un excellent rapport qualité / prix

Un accueil par Aboubacar très appréciable, poli, aimable, de très bons conseils pour qu’on passe un bon séjour. La literie est très confortable, les équipements sont satisfaisants. Veillez à ce que le gel douche/shampoing soit toujours rempli dans la douche c’est plus appréciable. Le bruit de pression régulier aux WC est assez dérangeant. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble au vu du prix et de son emplacement.

This was my second visit to both France and the Velizy property. I was very satisfied the first stay in DEC25 so I returned this time MAR26. Both visits were very nice, please thank your staff, Im from United States, and these were my first visits to Paris, so my French was very limited , they were extremely helpful, espeicially the gentleman ( I didnt get his name) that checked me in on arrival…he was very patient with my wanting attempts to communicate in French, which I really appreciate it, If you can determine who he is, please pass on my thanks.

on ‘a donné une chambre et quand je suis rentré dedans il y’avait déja des occupants , j’ai eu finalement une autre chambre , draps pas tes propres , pas de savon au lave main ni de gel douche , quand j’en ai informé la récéption le matin avant lmon départ je n’ai pas eu de réponse , il est stiplulé que le client ramsse ses poubelles et les emene au local poubelle , a ce compte la demandez nous de changer les draps et de faire les poussieres aussi a laplace de vos employés . acces au parking tres difficile et affiche “Parking” pas au bon endroit .

Très mauvaise expérience
Chambre 102 à éviter. Arrivée tardive. La chambre n’avait pas été faite. Signalé à la réception ce matin qui m’a affirmé que cette chambre n’aurait pas dû être louée. La cuvette des toilette sale, trace d’excréments, pas de savon dans la douche, porte et rideau SDB en mauvaise état, sale et tâche, bruits importants des ventilateurs extérieurs + route.
