Fully-equipped studios for 1 or 2 people

A kitchenette with a table and two chairs, complete kitchen utensils, fridge, hob, microwave and crockery.
An office area with free WiFi
A shower room with towels and toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo
A television with a wide range of programmes
24/7 hotel reception to welcome you and provide information throughout your stay
A change of linen and a complete cleaning are carried out every fortnight
Bicycle storage available to guests of the residence
You have access to a luggage room where you can leave your suitcases if necessary.
At reception, you will also find a hairdryer, an international power adapter, baby accessories, extra pillows, and a cleaning kit. Feel free to ask!

The residence is not equipped with air conditioning. For your comfort, a fan is provided in every studio.

A la carte hotel services

All-you-can-eat or takeaway buffet breakfast (€9) served from 6.30am to 10am.
Laundry facilities include an iron and ironing board, tumble dryer(€2) and washing machine(€4).
Parking is available for €7, with access by car from the A86 and/or the N118.
Optional extra room cleaning can be booked at reception 48 hours in advance.

• Selective waste sorting across the entire residence, bio-waste recovery in partnership with Les Alchimistes, and collection points for batteries and light bulbs available at reception.
• Reduced packaging through bulk purchasing, elimination of individual wrapping, and no disposable tableware provided (except recyclable takeaway cups upon request).

• Breakfast offering organic, fair-trade and/or locally sourced products.
• Eco-labelled, bleach-free cleaning products, a fully non-smoking property, and cigarette butt recycling through TchaoMegot into eco-designed insulation materials.

chambre globalement propre mais pas la façade des éléments du meuble cuisine non nettoyées avant mon arrivée ni le réfrigérateur sale à l’intérieur. Manque aussi la fourniture d’une éponge pour pouvoir faire sa vaisselle, juste un torchon fourni. La fourniture d’un gobelet serait appréciable pour le brossage des dents. Enfin la TV est vraiment petite, j’ai fait l’expérience d’un match de foot France-Maroc mais j’ai du m’assoir au bout du lit pour bien voir le match tant la taille de la TV est limite !
J’ai fait l’expérience du PDJ vraiment limite : il ne restait quasiment pas de viennoiserie, 4 yaourts qui se battent en duel dans le frigo et su camembert… pas de charcuterie, pas de fruit et un jus d’orange imbuvable ! ça ne valait vraiment pas 9 euros

Il est vrai que nous sommes en période de canicule mais l’établissement n’est pas climatisé, impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte car on est au bord de l’A86 c’est une vraie fournaise. Sinon l’accueil est bien, et le prix très contenu (on ne peux pas tout avoir )

The people at the reception were always really nice and a helped with all of our problems. The only downside was the temperature inside the rooms and that the keycards often didn’t work

Je pense que vous devriez préciser que votre établissement fait de l’accueil social! C’est une information importante pour les clients touristiques.
Malgré que l’établissement est non fumeur, beaucoup de personnes fument dans la chambre, on les vois aussi par la fenêtre, la chaleur était insupportable !!! Le ventilateur brassait de l’air chaud, et dès qu’on ouvrait la fenêtre on avait l’odeur de la cigarette et le cannabis
Les chambres sentaient mauvais et les assiettes et ustensiles de cuisine étaient mal nettoyés
Voilà! L’accueil était très bien, mais je ne reviendrai pas chez vous
Vous avez beaucoup à faire ! Bon courage

Appart’Hotel de bon rapport qualité / prix.
Très bien situé.
Le stationnement est plus contraignant mais l’accessibilité au parking de Vélizy 2 rend l’hôtel à 4 minutes à pied.

Par forte chaleur, la climatisation est indispensable…l’etablissement n’en est pas équipé c’est dommage. Pour le reste rien à dire.
