• Monthly monitoring of water and electricity usage.

♻️ Waste Reduction & Sorting

• Selective waste sorting throughout the property and in all studios, including bio-waste recovery in partnership with Les Alchimistes.
• Majority of products purchased in bulk or large formats, elimination of individual packaging, and no single-use tableware provided (except recyclable takeaway cups upon request).

🌿 Responsible Products

• Breakfast offering featuring organic, fair-trade, and locally sourced products.
• Exclusive use of eco-labelled, bleach-free cleaning products, a fully non-smoking property, and cigarette butt collection through TchaoMegot for conversion into eco-designed insulation materials.
